Welcome to the Eugene 4J facility request web site. When not in use by Eugene School
District 4J, individuals and community members may apply to reserve District facilities.
Community use guidelines and fee schedule can be found on our WEBSITE.
All requests will be required to sign a CONTRACT, current addendums, and provide insurance.
(Not applicable to 4J internal requests) Lessees must agree to adhere to federal, state, and
local COVID-19 guidelines while utilizing the leased facilities. Lessee must provide a Certificate
of Insurance with general liability insurance must not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence
with $2,000,000 aggregate naming the Lane County School District 4J, its Board of Directors,
its officers, agents and employees as additional insured. Higher limits may be required
depending on the event. The Accord form and additional insured rider form are required.
